Melissa is a modern-day real estate professional born and raised in Woodbury, Connecticut.  Her educational journey began at Cornell University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Floriculture and Ornamental Horticulture.

Following her academic pursuits, Melissa lived in Germany and Spain for three years which broadened her horizons on diverse cultures and markets. Upon her return, she settled in the Capital Region, where she raised her three children and launched a successful business endeavor with The Pampered Chef.

In 1997, Melissa's journey took an exciting turn as she entered the world of real estate, a path she has passionately pursued ever since.  Joining Miranda Real Estate Group, Inc. in 2009, she quickly distinguished herself as a top-performing agent and earned her well-deserved place in MRG’s President’s Club.  Her excellence in the field has also earned her the prestigious Women's Council of Realtors Top 10% award for multiple years.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Melissa is an animal lover who finds joy in the art of cooking, gardening, and exploring the world.  Her travel adventures have taken her to Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Spain, and the Caribbean Islands. Committed to giving back, she has been a generous supporter of The Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center and The Ronald McDonald House for many years.  She has raised funds for these charities through The Pampered Chef and Miranda Real Estate Group’s Annual Golf Tournament.
